Occasions
Every occasion has its envelope
A letter has its own time: the day it arrives, the moment it opens. We start with the one that comes first.
Wedding invitations
Your love deserves a ritual, not a notification.
Wedding invitations sealed in wax, with each guest's real name on the envelope.
- When to send it
- Usually three or four months ahead: for a summer wedding, between January and April.
- Who receives it
- They open the link and find the envelope with their name. They break the seal, the letter comes out and the words appear line by line. Then they reply: coming, maybe, not coming, and how many, with a note for allergies.
- The two of you
- An email for every reply and, in your Room, the always up-to-date list, ready to download for the caterer and the seating plan.
Halloween invitations
Darkness knocks at their door.
An invitation that gives them chills before the party even starts. To be opened after sunset.
- When to send it
- About ten days ahead is enough: time to reply and to think about a costume.
- Who receives it
- They find their name on the envelope, break the seal and find out where, when and what to wear. They reply right there: coming, maybe, not coming.
- Who sends it
- No more «who's in on the 31st?» in the group chat: from your Room you know how many you'll be, and who hasn't replied yet.
Christmas letters
The words you never said, under the tree.
Not the usual picture forwarded to forty contacts: a real letter, sealed in wax, for one person.
- When to send it
- Whenever you like: send it right away, or have it stay sealed until Christmas morning.
- Who receives it
- If you chose the 25th, until then they find a sealed envelope: «to be opened on Christmas morning». Then the seal gives way and your words appear one by one. They can answer with a letter of their own.
- Who sends it
- In your Room you see when they opened it.
Corporate events
Your company's name, sealed in wax.
The Christmas dinner, the summer aperitivo, the opening of the new office: an invitation with your logo, one for every person.
- When to send it
- Two or three weeks are enough for a dinner or an aperitivo; a month for an opening.
- Who receives it
- Everyone gets their own invitation, with their name. They confirm from their phone in a few seconds, without signing up or downloading anything.
- Who sends it
- Attendance in real time and the list to download as Excel or CSV, for the office and the caterer.
Beyond the holidays
And for the moments with no date on the calendar?
An anniversary only the two of you know about, a thank-you to someone who taught you something, a surprise declaration. For everything the calendar doesn't plan, there's a blank sheet.
